Stock
Unlike many sellers, we keep all our items in stock and don’t rely on drop shipping from third-party vendors. When you purchase from us, you’ll receive the product directly from us. However, if you need us to drop ship to your customer, just let us know, and we’ll take care of it.
Testing
I test the basic functionality of most of our items; however, please note that we cannot test every aspect due to the numerous unknown variables in different applications.
U.S. SHIPPING
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. For an accurate shipping quote, enter your zip code and quantity at checkout. We use USPS and FedEx, with next-day and two-day air shipping available. Orders placed by 2:00 PM (CST) ship the same day. Larger items requiring LTL shipping will ship the following business day. For freight quotes, please contact us with the following information:

FREIGHT SHIPPING
Freight charges will be added to your invoice after confirming shipping details. If you wish to arrange your own freight, we’ll palletize your order and provide dimensions/weight for scheduling. Please send us the Bill of Lading (BOL) before pickup.
LOCAL PICKUP
You can pick up your order by appointment at no extra cost, unless packaging is required.
RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy, excluding AS-IS items. Refunds/exchanges will be processed once we receive the returned item in its original condition.
